Seller and agreement

These Terms of Sale form an agreement between you and YUMMY, a seller operating from the United States. Questions about a purchase or these terms can be sent to yammymiyazakii9@gmail.com.

By placing an order, you confirm that you can enter into this agreement and that the purchase and use of YUMMY are lawful where you live.

Product and access

YUMMY is a digital product for improving AI-built websites. A purchase provides one account with personal, non-transferable lifetime access to the YUMMY product and the updates that YUMMY makes available to lifetime-access customers. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

Lifetime access means access for as long as YUMMY continues to make the product available. It does not promise that every feature, format, integration, or third-party service will remain unchanged forever.

Access is attached to the purchase email. After payment is confirmed, YUMMY creates or updates the entitlement for that email and sends sign-in instructions. You are responsible for entering an email address that you can access.

Price and payment

The crypto purchase price is the USD-equivalent price shown before checkout. The checkout displays the supported asset, network, quoted amount, and any quote expiration before you send payment. Blockchain network fees are separate and are paid by you.

Payment is complete only after YUMMY verifies PayRam's authoritative payment status. A wallet transaction, checkout redirect, screenshot, or transaction hash alone does not grant access. You are responsible for taxes or reporting obligations that apply to you; YUMMY will handle obligations that applicable law places on the seller.

Licence and acceptable use

YUMMY gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product. You may use the product in your own commercial and personal work, but you may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or give others access to the product itself.

You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, use another person's account, or use YUMMY in a way that violates law or another person's rights. YUMMY may suspend access reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect the service, or comply with law and will restore access when the reason for suspension is resolved.

Availability and responsibility

YUMMY is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, YUMMY does not promise uninterrupted operation or that use of the product will produce a particular business, design, or financial result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YUMMY is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that applicable law does not allow the parties to exclude or limit.

Changes and applicable law

The terms accepted at checkout apply to that purchase. YUMMY may update these terms prospectively by publishing a new effective date, but an update will not turn a completed one-time purchase into a subscription.

Applicable United States law governs these terms to the extent permitted, while mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected. Disputes may be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction. Contact support first so YUMMY can try to resolve the issue directly.

Who handles your information

YUMMY, operating from the United States, controls the personal information described in this policy. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to yammymiyazakii9@gmail.com.

Information we collect

We collect the email address you use for checkout and sign-in, account and entitlement records, project information you choose to save in YUMMY, and your optional marketing preference. If you ask for card payment updates, we separately store the email address you submit for that request. This does not create an account, order, or payment.

For crypto purchases, we process order identifiers, the USD price, asset and network details, payment status, blockchain transaction references, timestamps, and related records needed to verify and support the order. YUMMY does not ask for or store your wallet seed phrase or private key.

Our systems may also receive basic technical and security data such as IP address, browser or device information, request time, and error or audit logs when you use the website.

For first-party traffic measurement on the home, Website Check, and offer pages, YUMMY creates a keyed value from the network address and a coarse browser and device class. The value changes each UTC day. We store the daily value for no more than 35 days and retain only aggregate daily counts after that. We do not store a raw address, full user agent, page history, query string, or referrer for this measurement, and we honor supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

To protect the card payment update form from abuse, YUMMY creates a daily keyed value from the network address. We do not store the raw address or user agent with the request, and the daily keyed value is removed after 35 days in bounded batches.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, process and verify orders, grant lifetime access, send transactional email, measure aggregate site use, provide support, operate and improve YUMMY, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

An email submitted through the card payment update form is used only to record demand and, if card payments become available, to provide the requested availability update. It is not added to the general newsletter list.

We send product news only when you choose the optional marketing checkbox. You can withdraw that choice by contacting support. Transactional messages about access, security, payment, or support are not marketing.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers for authentication and database hosting, email delivery, website infrastructure, security, and crypto payment processing. Current core providers include Supabase, Resend, and the self-hosted PayRam payment system. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to YUMMY.

When private owner alerts are enabled, Telegram receives only the event type, a shortened internal order marker, the order amount, a masked email address, and the event time. YUMMY does not send Telegram a checkout URL, wallet address, transaction hash, authentication link, payment token, or full customer email.

We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.

Retention and security

We keep account and entitlement records while needed to provide lifetime access. Payment, support, security, and audit records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, dispute handling, tax or accounting requirements, and enforcement of our agreements.

Daily pseudonymous traffic values are removed after 35 days in bounded batches. Aggregate daily traffic counts may be retained for up to 25 months. Private notification delivery records are retained only as needed to operate and troubleshoot the alert queue.

Card payment interest emails are retained while needed to measure demand and provide the requested availability update, or until you ask us to delete the address. Daily keyed abuse-control values are removed after 35 days.

We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please contact support if you believe your account or information has been compromised.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. Send a request from the email connected to your account. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where law or a legitimate security, payment, or dispute need requires it.

YUMMY and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. We apply this policy to that processing and use appropriate protections where applicable law requires them.

Cookies and policy updates

YUMMY uses cookies or similar storage needed to keep you signed in, protect requests, and remember essential session state. We do not use advertising cookies.

The first-party traffic measurement described above does not set an analytics cookie and does not use local or session storage.

We may update this policy to reflect product, provider, or legal changes. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.

Refund eligibility

Because YUMMY is a digital product delivered with lifetime access, completed purchases are final except when the same entitlement is charged more than once or a confirmed payment does not result in access being granted after reasonable troubleshooting.

Nothing in this policy limits a refund or other remedy that applicable law requires and does not permit the parties to waive.

How to request a review

Email yammymiyazakii9@gmail.com from the purchase email. Include the PayRam order or reference identifier and the blockchain transaction hash. Never send a seed phrase, private key, or wallet password.

YUMMY will compare the request with the authoritative payment and entitlement records. We may ask for limited additional information needed to verify ownership of the order or diagnose delivery.

Refund outcome

For a duplicate payment, the duplicate amount is eligible for refund. For access that cannot be granted after a confirmed payment, the eligible purchase amount is refundable. Blockchain network fees and third-party fees are not received by YUMMY and are not refundable by YUMMY.

We will confirm the approved amount, asset, destination, and timing before sending a crypto refund. Exchange-rate changes after the original payment do not change the USD value used to review the purchase.

Payments that are not automatically eligible

A change of mind, failure to use the product, loss of access to the purchase email, or sending an unsupported asset, wrong network, wrong address, expired quote, or incorrect amount is not automatically eligible for a refund. We will still review recoverable payment errors where possible, but blockchain transfers may be irreversible.

PayRam checkout

YUMMY accepts crypto through its PayRam checkout. The checkout page is the source of truth for the assets and networks currently supported. Do not send funds to an address copied from another order or to a network or asset that the current checkout does not show.

The current USD-equivalent price for one-time lifetime access is shown before checkout. PayRam creates an order-specific quote and deposit address. The token amount may reflect the exchange rate at quote creation and the quote may expire.

Sending payment

Verify the asset, network, deposit address, amount, and remaining quote time in your wallet before approving the transfer. Send the exact quoted amount. Your wallet must also have enough of the network's native asset to pay its transaction fee.

Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible. A transfer to the wrong network, asset, address, or expired quote may be impossible to locate or recover. Never send real funds when a checkout is visibly marked testnet.

Confirmation and access

A transaction broadcast or checkout redirect is not confirmation. YUMMY grants access only after the PayRam order reaches its authoritative FILLED status for the exact approved USD amount and YUMMY verifies that status server-side.

When confirmation succeeds, access is attached to the email entered before checkout and YUMMY sends a sign-in email. If the message is delayed, request a new sign-in link with the same email or contact support at yammymiyazakii9@gmail.com.

Payment exceptions and refunds

Underpayments, overpayments, partial payments, duplicate payments, expired quotes, and unsupported transfers require manual review and do not grant access automatically. Keep your order reference and transaction hash for support.

Refunds are available only under the Refund Policy: for a duplicate payment or when a confirmed payment does not result in access being granted after reasonable troubleshooting, plus any remedy that applicable law requires. Network and third-party fees are not refundable by YUMMY.

Fees, tax, and wallet responsibility

You are responsible for wallet custody, network fees, and tax or reporting duties that apply to you. YUMMY never asks for a seed phrase or private key. Crypto asset values and network conditions can change between quote creation, confirmation, and any later refund review.
